At Markers & Headstones, we understand the importance of your memorial; we offer a 30-day return window for non-customized items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that custom-engraved monuments are final sale unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Memorial

  Carefully repackage the item in its original shipping crate or box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for larger monuments.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our stone craftsmen inspect the returned item for original quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
